Actor Akshay Oberoi is keeping his schedule packed as he recently completed dubbing for his upcoming action-thriller Two Zero One Four – 2014, even while actively shooting for another project. The film, directed by Shravan Tiwari, also stars veteran actor Jackie Shroff in a pivotal role.
Two Zero One Four – 2014 is an espionage-driven action thriller where Akshay will be seen playing the role of a terrorist, while Jackie Shroff portrays a determined army officer. The film has been shot across multiple locations, including Mumbai, Kutch, and Russia, adding scale and authenticity to the gripping narrative.
Currently in Dehradun shooting for his upcoming romantic thriller Love Lottery, Akshay utilized the opportunity to finish dubbing for Two Zero One Four – 2014 amidst his demanding schedule. The actor has been juggling multiple commitments as his career enters one of its busiest phases.
Talking about wrapping the dubbing while managing several projects, Akshay said, “This phase of my career is extremely exciting but also quite hectic in the best possible way. I was in Dehradun shooting for Love Lottery, and we managed to carve out time for dubbing for Two Zero One Four. The film has a very intense energy, especially because my character is so different from what I’ve done before. Working on a project with Jackie Shroff, sir, was also a great experience. Right now, it’s a lot of juggling, but I’m grateful that the work coming my way is so diverse.”
With several projects lined up, Akshay’s upcoming slate is among the most anticipated, including the much-awaited Toxic. As he balances multiple shoots and post-production work, the actor continues to explore varied genres and challenging characters, making this an especially dynamic period in his career.
